The Global Women Fresh Impact Award is one of our most meaningful initiatives, dedicated to driving gender equity in agriculture worldwide. Each year, we carefully select a project where we can create a tangible, lasting impact. In India, we provided medical insurance to women farmers after the COVID-19 crisis. In Africa, we partnered with ITC to establish a microfinance program, empowering women smallholders with access to loans—all of which were successfully repaid. In Latin America (Peru), we awarded over 25 scholarships to women, equipping them with essential irrigation techniques and agricultural training.

We prioritize partnerships with local nonprofits to ensure effective fund management and on-the-ground support, maximizing the reach and success of each initiative.
